EMC2 Property is not liable for any information disclosed in property listings/advertisements created by users of the website. This includes links to other websites found within the listings/advertisements.

You further agree that EMC2 Property will not be held liable for any damage or misfortune caused or alleged to be caused by the use of the EMC2 Property website, or any third party websites or services within the property listings.

Your content / Copyrights

“Your content” shall mean any text or image you choose to display on this website.

Your Content must be your own and must not be in breach of any third-party’s rights. EMC2 Property reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this website at any time without notice if it does not comply with these terms.

A registered account allows you to create a property listing/advertisement. The information supplied on these advertisements must not contain any content which is copyrighted or the right of another person/entity. EMC2 Property will endeavour to review new user listings in order to ensure that listings are legitimate and not misleading, impersonating another individual/group, fake or scams.

Listings/Advertisements must not include any libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or profane content.

EMC2 Property cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings. For example, this can include the listing description, the location of the listing, the price and whether the listing is still available. While we endeavour to keep the website up to date and as accurate as possible, we would advise to check agents websites to ensure a listing is still available prior to purchasing/investing/sending a deposit.

We do not sell properties or obtain commission or any form of payment from the sale or rental of a property listed on EMC2 Property. As stated above under the “Your content/Copyrights” section, images and/or information displayed on EMC2 Property which are not owned by EMC2 Property are for informational and viewing purposes only.

Acceptable Use

Following from the misuse of Listings/Advertisements, you also agree to not test the system for vulnerability, breach security/authentication measures or disrupt the system with high loads.

You may not use any website scraper/spider or robot on our website unless written permission has been acknowledged by EMC2 Property.

Termination

You are free to request your account to be removed from our database at any time. This can be done within your profile under “Delete Account”.

EMC2 Property reserves the right to immediately delete your account and Your Content if you do not comply with all of the above terms.

Governing law

These terms will be governed by English law. Users which access the website from another country may have laws which require their country’s laws to be used, if necessary.

Content licence

By listing/advertising your properties on EMC2 Property, you are providing us with a non-exclusive licence for the purposes of allowing other users of the website to view the information set out in the listings/advertisements. This does not give us any right or interest regarding Your Content.

EMC2 Property does not represent any agents associated with the listings which are displayed on the website. Further to this, we do not own any images displayed within listings or articles which are not design or copyright material owned by EMC2 Property. We provide this material as viewing and informational purposes only.

Changes

From time to time, we may update these terms and conditions. However you will always be notified by email, sent to the email address associated with your account, of any changes. Changes will be effective from the send time of the notification email.
